Job summary

The Urology Clinics of North Texas is seeking a motivated Contact Center Specialist to manage high-volume patient scheduling and deliver outstanding service to patients, physicians, and team members.

This role requires attention to detail and adaptability to frequent schedule changes in a fast-paced environment. Training begins in Dallas with an 8-week in-person program; after completion you will work fully remote. Mileage reimbursement is available for those living >20 miles from training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing and data entry speed and accuracy.
• Excellent grammar, spelling and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of new and established patient appointments.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients and team members.
• Reschedule or cancel appointments due to provider changes; update EHR.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance in the EHR.
• Review charts to ensure proper scheduling.
• Follow up with patients who missed appointments and reschedule.
• Adapt to daily schedule changes and operational needs.
• Assist with special projects and duties as assigned.
