Recuro Health, a remote-first health services provider, seeks a Member Services Coordinator to support members, employers, and providers with scheduling virtual consults across our care offerings. You will handle inquiries, document health information, and help coordinate care remotely from College Station, Texas.

The role emphasizes weekend availability, strong communication, and proficiency with standard office software to ensure a smooth patient experience and timely access to virtual care

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Minimum 2 years Telehealth experience.
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and phone skills.
• Flexibility with hours and weekends.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (preferred).

Mansioni

• Schedule consults and assist members and providers for all Recuro service offerings.
• Support members and patients with details about benefits and coordination of care.
• Collect and document member demographics, health history, and chief complaint.
• Monitor status of virtual consultations and troubleshoot as needed.
• Perform tasks within Recuro Health policy and procedures.
