You will manage centralized advertising, CTMS integrations, and social media to ensure enrollment targets are met while preserving a positive patient experience.

The role requires collaborating with market leaders, clinicians, sponsors, and regulatory teams, while ensuring IRB compliance and effective outreach materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years clinical trial recruitment experience.
• Experience creating/managing advertising media and CTMS integrations with advertising.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and lead the execution of all companywide recruitment campaigns tailored to study and site needs.
• Collaborate with local market patient navigators to utilize local workflows and EMR capabilities to support recruitment activities.
• Manage all aspects of the CTMS recruitment builds.
• Liaise with marketing groups or advertising vendors for recruitment content.
• Oversee website decision making and align marketing with leadership.
