Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• BLS Instructor or Provisional certifications listed as needed.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Observation and Documentation of patient status.
• Patient-centered care and teamwork communication with care providers.
• Notify facility care partners and supervisor of patient status.
• Monitor EPIC dashboard for new assignments and record observations.
• Document patient behavior at specified intervals and escalate as needed.
