Atlantic Health is seeking a monitor tech to provide continuous observation of identified high-risk patients on our virtual sitter platform, while also performing bedside care as needed.

This role involves remote monitoring via camera to ensure patient safety, making rounds, assisting with ADLs, and providing comfort. The position supports the nursing team and requires attention to detail and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provides ADL's and protects Patients in Sitter and Spotter assignments from self-harm and prevent elopements.
• Makes continuous rounds.
• Assists with Activities of Daily Living.
• Assists with bathroom/ commode/incontinence care.
• Monitors Intake and Output.
• Performs preventive skin care, feeding mouth care, and changes bed linens when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
