Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of direct patient care experience or enrolled in a nursing program with first clinical rotation completed.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous electronic observation of assigned patients using the AvaSys TeleSitter system.
• Verbally redirect patients from at-risk behaviors and escalate to nursing staff when needed.
• Communicate observations and patient issues to licensed personnel accurately and promptly.
• Demonstrate patient and family-centered care following ICARE values.
