Coweta Hearing, Tinnitus & Balance Clinic and Fayette Hearing & Tinnitus Clinic are seeking a Patient Lead & Call Coordinator for a remote/hybrid role. You will respond to new patient leads, make outbound calls, handle inbound calls, and schedule appointments while maintaining a warm, professional first impression of our practice.

Hybrid work includes some at-home days and time in Newnan, Peachtree City offices.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone skills and professional demeanor.
• Able to build rapport quickly with prospective patients.
• Comfortable handling high-volume leads and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new patient leads from websites/marketing.
• Make outbound calls to prospects who requested information.
• Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with leads not yet scheduled.
• Document calls and outcomes accurately.
• Provide warm, professional first impression of the practice.
