Inova Health System in Falls Church, VA, seeks a Patient Financial Services Representative 4 - Customer Service for a full-time hybrid role in the CALL CENTER. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with remote eligibility for eligible states.

You will edit, submit, and follow up on patient claims across multiple payer types, provide guidance to teammates, and ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation. Must excel in customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Education requirement as stated: associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience in revenue cycle, finance, customer service, or data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Submit clean claims the day they are received with required attachments.
• Handle complex issues and coordinate with team and payer reps.
• Ensure claims are reviewed and corrected within 24 hours.
• Document all activity in HealthQuest and TRAC with professionalism.
• Assist management and provide guidance in supervisor's absence.
• Maintain knowledge of UB-92, system functionality and payer requirements.
