Inova Health System is seeking a Patient Financial Services Representative 4 - Customer Service (Bilingual) in Fairfax, VA. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with a standard day shift Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Remote work may be available for eligible states, including VA, MD, DC, and others. The role focuses on editing, submitting, and following up on claims across multiple payer types, ensuring timely processing and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability is strongly preferred to support a diverse patient population.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficient in reviewing patient accounts and explanations of benefits.

Responsabilités

• Ensure clean claims are submitted the day they are received with attachments and follow supervisor guidance when absent.
• Resolve complex issues by coordinating information with team members and payers.
• Review claims for corrections or resolutions within 24 hours of receipt.
• Handle high-dollar accounts with appropriate follow-up per protocol.
• Maintain accurate documentation in HealthQuest and TRAC within 48 hours of activity.
• Stay current with payer requirements and hospital policies.
