Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years in a customer-facing role or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience or
• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients regarding insurance benefits and payment options.
• Contact insurance carriers to advocate for the patient.
• Initiate collection/prepayment processes and follow up for maximum collection.
