• Basic computer skills required.
• Clear, empathetic communication of complex financial information to patients.
• Strong customer service skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients on-site for eligibility in hospitals, bedside or ER.
• Identify programs at State, County, and Federal levels and initiate enrollment.
• Document screening results in hospital systems and internal tools.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support the Transition to a Patient Advocate Specialist.
