Health Insurance Verification: Verify prospective clients' health insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility prior to scheduling appointments.
Client Outreach: Initiate contact with parents/guardians to introduce Chrysalis Health services.
Referral Coordination: Work with the Intake Supervisor to initiate assessments for interested clients.
Data Management: Accurately enter client information into Microsoft Access Database and eCR.
Administrative Support: Handle clerical duties, including filing referrals, copying intake packets, and processing incoming mail.
Phone Communication: Manage high call volumes, assisting referral sources and clients efficiently.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and ensure compliance with all organizational policies.
Collaboration & Compassion: Work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Previous administrative experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Compliance Requirements:
Successfully pass all annual criminal background checks
Maintain a valid state driver's license with required insurance coverage
Safe driving record with no more than six points on MVR
