Job summary

Cenegenics is seeking a Remote, Full‑time Member Experience Coordinator to serve as the first contact for patients and ensure a 5‑star experience. The role supports clinical and business office activities at Performance Health clinics, assists with sales, manages vendor contracts, and helps with building maintenance.

Responsibilities include tracking consultations, coordinating with physicians and coaches, answering phones, handling patient meals, and maintaining EMR files while upholding HIPAA

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2+ years in client-facing sales or service.
• 2+ years in outpatient healthcare setting preferred.
• CMA certification preferred; HIPAA knowledge encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient information in HIPAA-compliant manner and process orders.
• Coordinate with physicians and PHC; track consultations and schedule follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support, scheduling, answering phones, and data entry.
