Job summary

The Member Experience Coordinator (MEC) is the first contact for patients and ensures a 5-star experience with clinical and business office support in Cenegenics clinics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus client-facing sales/retail or service experience.
• 2+ years in outpatient healthcare setting preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is preferred.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient information in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Process program close/conversion and changes.
• Handle orders from patients (prescriptions, OTCs, nutraceuticals).
• Manage calendars and appointments for center team.
• Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and vendor interactions.
• Track consultations and follow-ups; schedule lab reviews.
• Educate patients on medications and diet; assist physicians.
