Job summary

Cenegenics is seeking a 100% on-site Member Experience Coordinator (MEC) to be the first point of contact for patients. Responsibilities include clinical and business office support within clinics, coordinating consultations, and facilitating the sales process with Program Consultants.

Strong confidentiality and healthcare experience are desired. The MEC role requires organizing patient schedules, maintaining EMR files, answering inquiries via phone and email, and assisting with vendor contracts

Qualifications

• Must have excellent client/patient interaction skills and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in outpatient or healthcare settings preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to handle administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient information in HIPAA-compliant manner and manage PHI.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate with physicians and PHCs.
• Answer phones and emails, process orders, and manage office supplies.
• Schedule lab reviews and follow-ups, in-person or virtually.
