Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review patient census and prioritize workloads.
• Reach out to patients to explain services and enroll in programs.
• Address inquiries and schedule initial and annual appointments.
• Enter documentation into designated systems.
• Multi-task across calls, texts, faxes, and electronic queues while taking notes.
• Maintain focus in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and empathy.
• Occasional overtime or in-office work as needed.
