Elevance Health in the United States seeks a Patient Enrollment Specialist I to support enrollment efforts, coordinate patient communication, and ensure accurate records in our systems. You will reach out to patients, explain services, and enroll them into programs based on line of business.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and empathy, with hybrid/remote work options and in-person training as needed. Bilingual Spanish preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, health care or customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize patient census.
• Reach out to patients to explain services and enroll them into programs.
• Address inquiries and schedule initial and annual appointments.
• Enter documentation into designated systems.
