Job summary

Pro Care Innovations, LLC is seeking a motivated Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our Care Management team. This high-volume, phone-based role focuses on outbound enrollment calls to patients who qualify for the program, building rapport and closing enrollments.

You will meet daily call and conversion targets, complete enrollment documentation and the patient’s initial care plan, and hand off enrolled patients to the Care Team Coordinator for ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of call center sales or telesales experience; quotas/targets strongly preferred.
• Confident, persuasive communicator who builds rapport quickly and handles objections without losing momentum.
• Competitive, self-motivated and energized by daily performance goals.
• Comfortable with high call volume and a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation after every call.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to eligible patients using a structured sales process.
• Confidently pitch the Care Management program, overcome objections, and close enrollments.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and enrollment targets.
• Accurately complete enrollment documentation and the patient’s initial care plan.
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.
• Hand off enrolled patients to the Care Team Coordinator for ongoing care management.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to sharpen pitch technique and improve close rates.
