Job summary

Cadence is hiring an Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist to conduct outbound outreach to patients referred by partner physicians. You will own the enrollment conversation from first contact through completed enrollment in a high-volume, phone-based role.

You will communicate program details, schedule follow-ups with the Cadence Care team, build trust with patients, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of information while using CRM tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting high-volume outbound calls.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; protect patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and call-pipeline management.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude and Google Gemini).

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate program details and patient responsibilities.
• Facilitate enrollments and schedule follow-ups with Cadence Care team.
• Build rapport and trust with patients across calls.
• Follow scripts and maintain QA standards while personalizing interactions.
• Balance high-quality patient interactions with productivity targets.
