Job summary

Cadence is hiring an Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist to conduct outbound outreach to patients referred by partner physicians. You will own the enrollment conversation from first contact through completed enrollment. This is a high-volume, phone-based role requiring clear communication and attention to detail.

Schedule aligns with Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time; standard hours Mon-Fri. This remote US-based position offers competitive pay and an incentive component with an OTE package

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume outbound calls.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and Cadence standards.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call pipelines.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Google Gemini) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate program details, benefits, and patient responsibilities.
• Facilitate virtual enrollments and schedule follow-ups with the Cadence Care team.
• Build rapport and trust with patients to foster lasting relationships.
• Follow scripts while adapting to connect authentically with patients.
• Balance high-quality patient interactions with productivity targets.
