Job summary

Vori Health is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to enroll and engage new eligible patients across our nationwide, fully remote program. You will act as a member advocate, guiding individuals through enrollment and connecting them with Care Teams for ongoing support.

You will handle high-volume calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and build strong relationships using active listening and empathy. This role supports marketing, operations, and growth teams and enables enrollment success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in healthcare client success or patient-facing roles.
• Experience using Zendesk or a similar CRM.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong empathy and ability to build relationships with members.
• Comfort with remote, fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to 50–75 eligible members daily to inform them about Vori Health’s services.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone or email for campaigns.
• Build trusting relationships using active listening and empathy.
• Explain program benefits so members and families understand how we help them.
• Convert prospective patients to active Vori members.
• Provide inbound telephonic support and triage to Care Teams as needed.
• Obtain consent, conduct enrollment surveys, and identify urgent needs.
• Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback to meet goals.
• Follow policies, escalation pathways, and documentation standards.
• Complete training and stay updated on Vori Health systems.
