Job summary

Vori Health in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to enroll and engage new members in our musculoskeletal program. This fully remote role collaborates with care teams to connect patients with appropriate services.

You will handle high-volume outreach, inbound inquiries, and intake surveys, building trusting relationships and clearly communicating benefits of our program to members and their families.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in healthcare customer success or enrollment
• Experience using Zendesk or similar CRM
• Strong communication and empathy in patient interactions
• Ability to manage high-volume outbound outreach
• Comfort with remote, tech-enabled environments

Responsibilities

• Reach out to 50-75 eligible members daily to inform them about services
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone or email
• Build trusting relationships using active listening and empathy
• Explain benefits of Vori Health programs to members and support networks
• Convert prospects to active Vori members and coordinate care
• Provide inbound telephone support and triage member needs to Care Teams
• Conduct enrollment surveys and identify urgent needs
• Participate in coaching and apply feedback to meet quality goals
• Follow care team policies, escalation paths, and documentation standards
• Complete training on Vori Health systems and tools
