• Schedule patient appointments by reason for visit and established protocols.
• Process referrals and pre-authorizations as required; route to appropriate departments in EMR.
• Maintain knowledge of basic medical terminology and EMR usage.
• Assist with telemedicine setup and patient information coordination as needed.
