Descrizione del lavoro

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Care (SPC) to lead the Patient Care Assistant staff, ensure effective communication, and monitor performance to deliver high-quality service. The role focuses on staff development, adherence to contractual requirements, and proactive problem resolution.

The SPC will maintain knowledge of Lumicera’s processing software and tools, coordinate with staffing agencies, and travel up to 5% as required.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
CPhT preferred.
2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required.
Experience in a call center environment preferred.
Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred.
Pharmacy Claim/benefit experience preferred.
HIPAA and data privacy practices knowledge preferred.
Compliance program objectives awareness and participation.
