Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supervisor, Patient Care (SPC) to lead the Patient Care Assistant staff, disseminate information, monitor performance metrics, and ensure service quality. The SPC supports day-to-day operations and responds to client or contractual requirements.

The role involves coordinating workflow, training, evaluating quality metrics, maintaining records, and collaborating with staffing agencies. Travel up to 5% and familiarity with Lumicera’s software/tools are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with staff.

• Travel up to 5% as required.
