Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supervisor, Patient Care (SPC) to lead the Patient Care Assistant team and ensure service quality. You will disseminate information, monitor performance, and drive improvement while coordinating with staffing resources and vendors.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience in managed care or specialty pharmacy, strong leadership, and knowledge of pharmacy software. Some travel and remote coordination are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.
• Call center experience preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision of Patient Care staff.
• Disseminate information through appropriate media and ensure staff comprehension.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with hiring/temp agencies and manage staffing needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy processing software and related tools.
• Travel up to 5% of the time.
