Zusammenfassung

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Care (SPC) to join our team. The SPC leads day-to-day Patient Care Assistant staff, disseminates information, and ensures staff understand and meet performance metrics and client requirements.

The role requires leadership experience in managed care or specialty pharmacy, HIPAA knowledge, and strong coaching skills. Remote work is available to eligible US residents; some travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure daily workload standards are met by understanding workflow/scheduling needs.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume; ensure scripting/resources are clear.
• Share information timely and appropriately with staff.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to produce outstanding results.
• Manage disciplinary process as outlined in policies.
• Document and retain training, reviews, and feedback records.
• Travel up to 5% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.
