Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supervisor, Patient Care (SPC) to lead the Patient Care Assistant staff, ensuring efficient workflows, clear communication, and adherence to performance metrics. The SPC will analyze data, implement changes, and coordinate with pharmacists to maintain service quality.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare or PBM settings, leadership experience, and familiarity with pharmacy software; remote work is available with occasional travel.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily workload standards are met by understanding workflow/scheduling needs and directing staff accordingly.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume; ensure scripting/resources are clear.
• Share information impacting staff in a timely and appropriate way.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to produce outstanding results.
• Lead day-to-day leadership/support of department staff and manage disciplinary process.
• Support compliance program objectives and interact cooperatively with employees.
