Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Care (SPC) to lead the Patient Care team and ensure top-tier service. You will oversee daily staff activities, drive workflow adherence, and coordinate training while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, call center experience, and knowledge of PBM or managed care environments. Remote work is available for select regions and compensation aligns with market ranges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching / mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy Claim / benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industry practices, HIPAA, and applicable data privacy practices preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Patient Care department.
• Disseminate information through appropriate channels and ensure staff understanding.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive service quality.
• Provide coaching and development for staff and manage disciplinary processes as required.
• Coordinate with hiring agencies and triage calls or issues to pharmacists as needed.
• Maintain familiarity with Lumicera’s processing software and tools.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
