The candidate will use EMR tools, interact with care teams, and help improve access to services. A High School Diploma/GED and 1+ year of clinical customer service are required; EPIC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a clinical setting.
• 1+ years of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
• High School Diploma/GED (or higher).
• Must live within commutable distance to a Reliant location near Worcester, MA.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, re-verifies and authorizes patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Verifies and updates demographic, insurance and other patient information.
• Collects and posts patient co-payments and other balances.
• Handles patient-care related calls and coordinates scheduling.
• Communicates scheduling changes to providers and patients.
• Supports care team with administrative tasks.
