Qualifications

• Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC software.

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate and updated patient information such as name, address, and insurance details.
• Perform insurance verification on the date of service.
• Obtain patient signatures for required documents.
• File and maintain medical records.
• Confirm and schedule appointments.
• Answer incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
• Process referral documentation promptly.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
