Responsibilities include handling calls, verifying eligibility, and guiding patients through the online portal. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, healthcare customer service experience, and bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or healthcare customer service.
• Proficient in Windows-based software and EHR systems.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from patients and clients seeking information, appointments, or assistance.
• Provide accurate information about clinic services, billing, and general inquiries.
• Schedule appointments based on patient needs and provider availability.
• Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and eligibility.
• Assist patients with navigating the patient portal and accessing medical records.
• Address concerns empathetically and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate with providers, nurses, and staff to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR and ensure confidentiality.
