Qualifications

• Experience with Medical Supply Company.
• Knowledge of diagnosis and medical terminology.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in healthcare or HME industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and take orders for durable medical equipment and supplies.
• Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and eligibility.
• Inform patients of financial responsibilities and benefits.
• Enter orders accurately in the system and coordinate with shipping.
• Maintain knowledge of products and insurance coverage trends.
• Attend department and company meetings and meet monthly goals.
