Job summary

VytlOne in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Patient Care Coordinator for the PMS Central Pharmacy. This role supports high-volume retail pharmacy operations and patient care coordination within a dedicated operations team.

You will input referrals, enter new referrals, assist with reimbursements, manage patient charts, and help ensure accurate dispensing and timely service while upholding HIPAA requirements. The position offers a collaborative environment with competitive benefits and opportunities to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and Pharmacy Technician license as required by location.
• Previous pharmacy and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong data entry, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer referrals and input new referrals into the computer system (Asembia, GRx, Excel).
• Communicate necessary information to obtain benefit information and approvals.
• Maintain patient records and scheduling of dispensing calendar.
• Assist with co-pay collections and reimbursement processes.
• Support in maintaining accuracy of orders, shipments, and inventory.
• Uphold HIPAA guidelines and participate in training and team meetings.
