Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Sleep Central After Hours Call Center in Murray, KY. This remote role requires living in the US and involves contacting patients about equipment delivery, taking orders, verifying information, and processing orders in the On-line Pharmacy system.

Pay is $16 per hour plus a quarterly bonus opportunity. Must work five days per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and some weekday evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred background in medical field or administrative record management.
• Experience with medical equipment and billing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding delivery of equipment and take orders.
• Verify patient information and transcribe data over the phone.
• Enter orders in the On-line Pharmacy system and track shipments.
• Reschedule shipments and resolve tracking issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
