Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Call Center professional in Murray, KY to provide telephonic support for respiratory equipment and CPAP compliance. You will educate patients, coordinate with field staff, and ensure accurate information is communicated for ongoing care.

The role requires RN licensure and a high school diploma or GED. External candidates may receive a $2,000 gross sign-on bonus after 60 days, with another $2,000 after 180 days of continuous employment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and valid in primary state of home office
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with CPAP compliance or respiratory care is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic support for respiratory equipment/supplies.
• Counsel patients and caregivers per physician instructions.
• Assist with CPAP compliance enrollment and education.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone and relay information to field staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to licensure requirements.
