Job summary

OSF HealthCare is hiring an Agent I in a work-from-home setup within 60 miles of the Peoria location. Initial onsite training is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm for up to six weeks.

The Agent I delivers exceptional customer service, handles appointment scheduling, pre-registration, and coordinates with physician offices to ensure smooth patient flow. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, caregivers, providers and the community.
• Perform appointment scheduling and pre-registration to optimize patient flow.
• Coordinate with physician offices and clinical departments to prepare patients for visits and maintain support processes.
• Resolve patient inquiries and concerns with OSF's service standards in mind.
