Formación

• Experience in healthcare operations, patient advocacy, or care coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet real-time performance metrics and service levels.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; comfort with standard systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to member inquiries with timely, accurate, and empathetic care.
• Perform proactive member outreach to education, engage, and resolve needs.
• Meet productivity, quality, and schedule adherence targets.
• Document outreach attempts and outcomes within approved systems.
• Escalate complex cases to leadership when appropriate.
