LucyRx is a patient-first pharmacy benefits manager seeking a Patient Care Advocate to deliver high-quality, empathetic support to members through the Care Guide programs. The role includes inbound inquiries, outreach, issue resolution, and guidance, acting as the frontline contact for member needs.

You will collaborate with Team Leads and cross-functional partners to resolve member issues, uphold compliance, and drive Care Guide program goals while maintaining quality and timely responses.

Formación

• Experience in Healthcare operations, Patient Advocacy, Care Coordination, customer service or related fields preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential preferred; candidates must pursue certification if not yet certified.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to member inquiries with timely, accurate, and compassionate Care Guide support.
• Proactive member outreach in Care Guide programs including education, follow-up, engagement, and resolution of needs.
• Meet productivity, quality, and schedule adherence expectations, escalating concerns as needed.
• Follow Care Guide workflows and outreach priorities to resolve needs accurately and efficiently.
• Identify operational issues or trends and report observations to Team Lead or leadership.
