Job summary

LucyRx is seeking a Senior Patient Advocate to join the Prescription Optimization Program, guiding members through prescriptions to obtain medications cost-effectively. You’ll connect members with doctors and pharmaceutical companies, explore patient assistance, and ensure seamless coordination across providers and pharmacies.

You will engage with clients, process information, and maintain meticulous records while delivering compassionate, compliant service in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in good standing from any U.S. state.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred; if not certified, willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving, information gathering, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Prescription Optimization Program (POP).
• Assist members in utilizing all POP benefits.
• Provide triage and care coordination to clients, members, providers, and pharmacies.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support POP.
• Handle inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies.
• Process forms and data to provide patient assistance.
• Resolve issues with compassion, ensure compliance and a hassle-free experience.
• Maintain patient-centric mindset and high sense of urgency.
• Document thoroughly and follow up as needed.
