Sarnova HC, LLC is seeking a Call Center Specialist to handle high-volume, remote patient calls related to billing questions. You will provide empathetic, accurate assistance while following client-specific guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong typing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. A high school diploma is required, and the position is remote across the United States.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM with accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.

Responsabilidades

• Answer a high volume of incoming patient calls in a remote call center environment.
• Listen actively and demonstrate empathy while addressing patient questions and billing inquiries.
• Determine the correct resolution path following client rules and workflows.
• Complete follow-up actions such as emails, calls, or faxes to support full resolution.
• Research issues by reviewing account details and gathering documentation as needed.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of all calls in the patient account system.
