Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in related field; all paid and relevant.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Part-time and PRN experience prorated based on hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families with billing, insurance, and financial assistance questions.
• Review account information to identify outstanding balances and offer payment arrangements.
• Collect and process payments accurately following institutional procedures.
• Verify patient insurance and financial information for accuracy and completeness.
• Document all interactions and account updates in the system promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or escalate issues as needed.
