Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with account questions from walk-ins or phone calls.
• Process patient payments and set up recurring card payments as needed.
• Assist employees with payment resolution and contract completion.
• Complete Good Faith Estimates as needed and assist with Financial Assistance applications.
• Assist patients with Indigent Care applications/denials and related processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and hospital policies.
