Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience: 1 to 3 Years.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage client billing and ensure procedures are billed according to contracts.
• Review and update client statements as necessary and print/mail paper and secondary claims.
• Scan documents to patient accounts and follow up on correspondence.
