Firstsource Solutions USA, LLC is seeking a Patient Advocate Specialist to assist patients with determining eligibility for state, county, and federal assistance programs. You will contact patients by phone, assess needs, and guide them through the application process to maximize benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or Call Center preferred.
• Experience in medical coding or billing preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess patient eligibility for State and Federal programs.
• Identify patient needs and guide them through applications.
• Initiate the application process when feasible.
• Advise patients on suitable assistance programs.
• Provide instructions on accessing program benefits.
• Inform patients of deadlines and ensure timeliness.
