Cardinal Health is seeking a fully remote Access & Patient Support Supervisor to oversee a large patient access team, drive enrollment and reimbursement activities, and ensure effective program operations. The role emphasizes remote leadership, SOP development, and KPI reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience managing remote teams, and a commitment to process improvement in a healthcare access program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and engage remote employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program staff performing customer service, enrollment and reimbursement activities.
• Oversee inbound and outbound patient access support team; ensure metrics and KPIs are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for the program.
• Review program metrics regularly and report results to senior leadership.
• Test/approve program changes including IT and platform upgrades.
• Manage timekeeping and HR duties for the team as a people leader.
• Provide coaching and feedback for performance improvement and goal setting.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex program issues.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain client contact.
