Cardinal Health is seeking an Access & Patient Support Supervisor to lead a remote, 70+ person team handling customer service, enrollment, and reimbursement activities for patient access programs.

You will drive SOPs, monitor metrics, and coordinate with partners to address complex issues while managing HR duties and coaching direct reports. The role is full-time and remote with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commitment to the continued development of oneself and team members.
• Ability to lead and engage remote employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an inbound and outbound patient access support team of 70+ members.
• Maintain development and training goals for a remote team.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and program-specific work instructions.
• Review program metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly and report results to leadership.
• Test, solution, and approve program changes including IT and platform upgrades.
• Manage timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Provide coaching and feedback on performance and goal setting in regular 1:1s.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex program issues.
• Prioritize and meet deadlines while communicating status to leadership.
• Maintain daily contact with client/3rd party partners with strong written and verbal communication.
• Stay aligned with Cardinal Health values and behaviors.
