Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Remote Access & Patient Support Supervisor to lead a 70+ member team delivering patient access services, enrollment and reimbursement support. This role drives program performance, coaches staff, and collaborates across the organization to optimize operations and outcomes.

Training occurs 8:00am-5:00pm CST, with full-time hours (40/week) and flexibility for varying shifts during CST business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and engage remote employees.
• Commitment to the continued development of oneself and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program staff performing customer service, enrollment and reimbursement activities.
• Manage 70+ remote team members and ensure training goals.
• Create and maintain SOPs and program instructions.
• Review program metrics and report results to senior leadership.
• Test/approve program changes including IT and platform upgrades.
• Handle HR responsibilities like timecards and coaching.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback on performance and goals.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve complex program issues.
• Manage time and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily client/3rd-party communications.
