Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proven leadership in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with urgency.
• Highly organized with strong self-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for inbound and outbound patient access support.
• Maintain development and training goals for a 100% remote team.
• Create and maintain SOPs and program-specific metrics.
• Review program metrics daily/weekly/monthly and report to leadership.
• Manage workflow to ensure efficient customer service and KPIs.
• Test/approve program changes related to tech and business rules.
• Provide coaching and feedback on performance and goals.
• Handle Workday tasks including approvals, timecards, and PTO.
