Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supervisor, Access and Patient Support to oversee an inbound/outbound patient access team, delivering enrollment, reimbursement and prior authorization support for advanced therapies in a fully remote setting.

You will coach and develop a 100% remote workforce, manage SOPs and program metrics, and partner with internal teams to ensure HIPAA compliance and timely patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years leadership in a call center preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead remote employees and manage multiple priorities.
• Shift flexibility for early/later shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an inbound and outbound patient access support team.
• Maintain development goals for a 100% remote setting.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and program metrics.
• Review program metrics and report results to leadership.
• Manage workflow to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Test/approve program changes related to technology and business rules.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback in regular 1x1s.
• Manage Workday tasks: timecards, PTO, etc.
• Ensure compliance with laws including HIPAA.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve complex issues.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily contact with client/3rd party partners.
